At Hat Club, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your headwear. If your cap doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Hat

  Place the unworn hat in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent crushing during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, then wait for your refund or exchange confirmation.
